All it takes is for you have a smart mobile phone, other mobile device such, ipads, tablets. etc., or a desktop computer, with internet connectivity; and for your property to be connected to the following:
(1) the electricity, gas, water grid system via a utility company with unique meter numbers and (NMI in the case of electricity users)
(2) your property be located within a local government area within Australia and be serviced by a local council, in the case of waste collection.
